(hereinafter distinguished as "ISBI" indistinctly), is concerned about the confidentiality and security of the personal data of its users and is committed to fully comply with the provisions of the Law applicable to the protection of personal data held by individuals.

ISBI is responsible for collecting your personal data, indicating as address the one located at Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, number 301, in Colonia Granada, in the Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, with zip code 11520, in Mexico City, having at your disposal the present in the address indicated or in the portal www.isbi.com.mx.

ISBI in compliance with the general and regulatory provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter the "Law"), will use the terms and definitions indicated in the same law for the collection, processing, storage, transfer, safekeeping and exercise of rights of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, as well as those indicated in the Guidelines published by the Diario Oficial de la Federación (hereinafter the "DOF") dated January 17, 2013.

The privacy statement on personal data information in possession of individuals is applicable to ISBI, but not to those companies related to the declaring responsible and that for reasons of services provided or related have been collected, so they will be subject to their own security and privacy statements.

For the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, we may collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you visit our website or use our online services, and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by law.

The personal information we collect directly: When you provide it to us yourself by various means, when you participate in our promotions or give us information for us to provide you with a service or sell a product. The data we obtain by this means may include, among others: (i) names, surnames, address, telephone numbers, e-mails, Federal Taxpayer Registry passwords, payment method information (ii) all that information that the client has provided and/or will provide to you throughout the contractual or commercial relationship that you establish; (iii) those data proper and related to the services provided by ISBI in the fulfillment of its obligations.

We inform you that in our website we use cookies, web beacons and other technologies through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an Internet user, as well as to provide you with a better service and user experience when browsing our website.

The personal data we obtain from these tracking technologies are those previously mentioned, which we use to process them.

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

Provide the services and products requested by you; Inform about changes or new products or services that are related to the contracted or purchased by the customer; Comply with obligations to our customers; Evaluate the quality of service and conduct internal studies on consumer habits.

We also inform you that we can share the data collected only with third parties that are affiliates of the company ISBI and its subsidiaries, either in Mexico or anywhere in the world where it has operation and marketing, likewise, may be transferred to third parties without a commercial purpose, but only to comply with the provision of contracted services.

You have the right to access your personal data in our possession and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose the treatment of them for specific purposes.

You may revoke the consent that, if applicable, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to respond to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation, we may need to continue processing your personal data. Also, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will mean that we can no longer provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.

The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of such rights are through the submission of the respective request to the email datospersonales@isbi.com.mx. which must contain (i) Full name of the holder, (ii) Contact number, (iii) Brief description of the purpose of the request and (iv) reasons for the request. The deadlines to respond to your request will be those allowed by law.

Likewise, ISBI in terms of the article 16 section VI of the Law, the present Privacy Notice may suffer modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements; from our own needs for the products or services we offer; from our privacy practices, from changes in our business model, or from other causes.
